We manage contracts of all sizes specialising in plumbing & heating installations (Gas & Renewables) for private new build, social housing and refurbishment projects. We are a Glasgow-based company operating throughout the West of Scotland, the Central Belt, and Fife. EXPERIENCE AND LEADERSHIP
Our Managing Director Shirley McIntyre has over 35 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry and has been actively involved with BS Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd since its formation, providing strong commercial oversight and leadership. Our Construction Director Alan Callaghan has over 40 years’ experience in the plumbing industry, bringing extensive technical knowledge and leadership to all projects delivered by BS Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd.

Our Site Supervisors and Office Team are dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of all projects. This includes managing orders and deliveries to site, handling customer care, preparing tender pricing, and responding to general enquiries promptly and efficiently. Their professionalism ensures that both clients and site teams are fully supported at every stage of a project. Our Estimator/Buyer, Danielle Reid , has been with BS Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd for nearly 20 years. During this time, she has developed strong, long-standing relationships with our suppliers, customers, and brand representatives, ensuring reliable procurement and effective support for all projects.

All operatives employed by BS Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd are fully qualified in all aspects of plumbing, hold Gas Safe registration, and possess valid CSCS cards. In addition, site-specific and project-specific training is provided for renewable energy contracts, ensuring full compliance with relevant standards, health and safety requirements, and client specifications.
